Multi-Skilled Engineer
to join a leading facilities management company, working across a prestigious commercial site in Burnley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically or mechanically biased engineer looking to move into a stable, Monday to Friday role with no regular shift work, excellent benefits, and genuine opportunities for career progression. The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and fault finding across a range of building services and plant equipment. You'll help ensure the site remains fully operational while delivering a high standard of service. What's on Offer

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance Electrical and mechanical fault finding Maintaining HVAC, lighting, pumps, motors, and general building services Completing maintenance records using a CAFM system Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations Liaising with the client and subcontractors when required Requirements
