This is what you'll be doing as a Maintenance Engineer
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across high-volume production lines:
Perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of modern machinery, including precision cutters, conveyor belts, vacuum sealers.
Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime and maintain production targets under pressure.
Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and suggest practical upgrades to equipment and processes.
Anticipate problems before they arise, helping to improve system reliability and prevent recurring issues.
Bring your expertise as a Maintenance Engineer and join a team that values curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning:
Experience in maintaining high-volume production lines is a plus, but not essential.
