Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Oldham | Panama Shifts | 24/7 Manufacturing Facility We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy and growing FMCG manufacturing site in Oldham. This is a hands-on role within an established engineering team, responsible for keeping production equipment running efficiently through both planned and reactive maintenance. The Role Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime Electrical and mechanical fault finding Support equipment upgrades and installations Drive continuous improvement activities Work closely with production to maximise performance Ensure all work is completed safely and to high standards What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3, HNC or HND in an engineering discipline or equivalent Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Manufacturing or production maintenance experience Able to work effectively as part of a team What's On Offer?
