The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently while supporting the site's drive for higher reliability and performance. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to breakdowns and restoring production quickly Electrical and mechanical fault finding across manufacturing equipment Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability Working closely with production to maximise machine performance Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety
What We're Looking For Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with both electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability Previous experience within
Food, FMCG or another fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and production machinery Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent preferred) A proactive engineer who enjoys problem solving and making lasting improvements
