Job Description Multi-Skilled Workshop Mechanic Location: Cranham, near Upminster, EssexPay: £18.00-£22.00 per hourWe are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and respected roadside assistance and vehicle recovery company with a busy depot and workshops based in Cranham, near Upminster, Essex.Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Workshop Mechanic to join their team. This is a varied, hands-on role working on an extensive range of vehicles, from pre-1960s classics through to modern cars, sports and performance vehicles, vans and light commercial vehicles.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their workmanship, and can confidently manage their own workload while working with minimal supervision.Carry out maintenance and repairs on classic, modern, sports and performance vehicles.Complete engine, suspension and brake repairs and rebuilds.Conduct vehicle inspections and fault diagnosis.Undertake welding and fabrication work where required.Complete servicing and preventative maintenance to a high standard.Requirements Proven experience as a qualified Vehicle Mechanic or Technician.Excellent mechanical knowledge across both classic and modern vehicles.Welding experience is advantageous.Full UK driving licence preferred.What's on Offer £18.00-£22.00 per hour, depending on experience.Full-time, permanent position.Varied and interesting work on everything from classic vehicles to modern performance cars.Friendly, supportive and well-equipped workshop. xkybehq Long-term opportunity with a respected local business that has built an excellent reputation in roadside assistance, recovery and vehicle repair.
