Sessional (18 hours per week) / Fixed term for 10 weeks
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skills Construction Trainer to lead an 8 week Multi-Trade Skills Bootcamp for up to 12 learners preparing for release from HMP High Down. If you are passionate about developing people, committed to achieving positive outcomes and want to make a genuine social impact through education, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:
- Experience delivering practical construction training to adults in a workshop setting across two or more construction trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, drylining or multi-skills).
Duties/responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality practical and classroom-based training across a range of construction trades, including carpentry, plumbing, drylining, wall installation and retrofit fundamentals.
Nescot is graded Good by Ofsted following its latest inspection in January 2023. Inspectors rated the College as Good in all 8 aspects. The report recognises that students enjoy their courses and are motivated to succeed, and benefit from highly supportive relationships with staff. Safeguarding arrangements are effective with regular training for staff, and leaders have in place an effective policy for safer recruitment.
