Multi Trade Carpenter

Multi Trade Carpenter/ Carpenter Location: CR Contract: Pay Rate: £22 CIS Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week, including a 30-minute break) MMP is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join a Social Housing contractor covering on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will carry out repairs and maintenance works across both occupied and void properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. Complete associated multi-trade works as required. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach when working in residents' homes. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales. Accurately update job information using the provided PDA system. Work effectively to meet tight deadlines and performance targets.Requirements Previous experience working within the social housing sector. Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points).Essential Qualifications Recognised Carpentry qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Asbestos Awareness certification (can be completed before the start date). Basic DBS Check.What's Provided Company van. Fuel card. PDA system.
