Multi Trade Operative - Merton, Sutton, Croydon £24.54 per hour + Company Van & Fuel Card An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join a reputable Social Housing Contractor working across Merton, Sutton, Croydon, and surrounding areas. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £24.54, along with a company van and fuel card, working within occupied residential properties delivering high-quality reactive repairs and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of multi-trade works, including: Carpentry Plumbing Basic plastering, tiling, and decorating Undertake reactive repairs and general maintenance within social housing properties Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently across multiple trades Complete works relating to damp, mould, and general property repairs Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenants Work independently to manage a daily workload (up to 7 jobs per day)Working Hours 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday) Optional out-of-hours work may be availableRequirements Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative within social housing or similar environments Strong all-round skills across multiple trades Ability to work in occupied properties with a professional and customer-focused approach Must supply own basic hand and power tools Full UK driving licence (essential)What's Included Company van Fuel card Consistent, ongoing work with a reputable contractor
