Multi Trade Operative

Location: Dagenham Project: School Refurb Start: Immediate Experienced multi trade - Dagenham We are currently looking for an experienced multi trader to join our team on a school refurb project in Dagenham. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, skilled multi trade looking for ongoing work on a commercial project. Requirements: * Proven experience. * Must have a Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card. * Own a complete set of tools. * Ability to work independently and to a high standard. * Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Duties Include: * Complete multi-trade refurbishment works including carpentry, partitioning, ceilings, flooring, decorating, and making good. * Install and refurbish classrooms, offices, toilets, and commercial kitchen areas to project specifications. * Fit doors, ironmongery, kitchen units, worktops, sanitaryware, and associated fixtures and fittings. * Carry out minor plumbing, building, and maintenance works while coordinating with M&E trades. * Read drawings, maintain high-quality workmanship, and complete snagging to programme deadlines. * Work safely in live school environments, following health & safety, safeguarding, and site procedures.
