Salary: £38,000-40,000 per annum

Hours: 39 hours per week

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience across multiple disciplines who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering a first-class service. You'll play a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex property issues, helping to provide customers with safe, healthy and well-maintained homes.

The Role

Working across occupied and void residential properties, you'll be responsible for investigating, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of complex building defects, with a particular focus on damp, mould, condensation and structural repairs.
