Only qualified, proven trades professionals - no DIY-level candidates. Key Requirements & Experience Strong multiskilled capability across a range of trade tasks: Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Bricklaying, Fencing, Flooring, Groundworks. Essential experience working in occupied social housing. Must be local to the area - company vehicle is provided strictly for work use (vehicles are tracked for lone working/H&S purposes as well as to prevent misuse of company property).
