Multi Trade Operative - Wet Trades

Wet Trades Multi Operative Location: Hammersmith   Pay Rate: £22 per hour CIS Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Wet Trades Multi Operatives to work for one of our established social housing clients in Hammersmith  We have opportunities available across both Voids and Reactive Maintenance, working within occupied and vacant social housing properties. The RoleAs a Wet Trades Multi Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works, including: Patch plastering and making good Tiling Painting and decorating General wet trade repairs Basic multi-trade maintenance Completing repairs to a high standard Working within social housing propertiesRequirements Previous experience as a Wet Trades Multi / Multi Trader Strong experience in patch plastering, tiling and painting Social housing or property maintenance experience is desirable Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points Relevant level 2 trade qualification or in date blue CSCS card  Good customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and professional approach to workWhat's on Offer £22 per hour CIS Van and fuel card provided 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Weekly pay Long-term opportunities available Choice of Voids or Reactive Maintenance workIf you are an experienced Wet Trades Multi, looking for your next opportunity within social housing, apply today or call Kiera on  (phone number removed)
