Multi Skilled Operative - Reactive Maintenance Company Van & Fuel Card | Permanent Position Location: Based in Bridgewater Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week, plus 1 in 7 weeks on-call. Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join their Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties. Typical duties include: Carpentry and joinery repairs Kitchen and bathroom repairs Door repairs, hanging and adjustments UPVC door and window repairs/replacements Basic plumbing repairs and installations Painting and decorating Wall and floor tiling Patch plastering Flooring repairs and installation, including cap and cove flooring General multi-trade repairs and maintenanceYou'll manage your workload using a handheld device, respond to scheduled repair appointments, work efficiently to meet service level agreements, and ensure every job is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service
