Multi-Trade Operative (Sub-Contractor) Must have own transport, does not need to be a van, Location: Croydon (with potential work across London) Contract Type: Self-Employed / Sub-Contractor Working Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 8:00am/9:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional weekend work available Duration: Long-term contract opportunity with ongoing work available Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to support a large voids and refurbishment programme within social housing properties across Croydon and Greater London. The successful candidate will be a competent all-rounder with experience across a range of trades and capable of carrying out refurbishment and maintenance works to a high standard. The initial project consists of approximately 60-70 void properties, with further opportunities available across London upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities Carry out general property refurbishment and maintenance works.
