Job Title: Multi Trader Location: Ealing Job Type: Full-time Salary: £22 per hour plus van & fuel card About the Role We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our growing team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service to tenants. Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works. Complete a variety of trade tasks including: Carpentry Plumbing Patch plastering Tiling Painting and decorating Basic brickwork General repairs and maintenance Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate job records using a PDA or mobile device. Provide a professional and courteous service when working in occupied homes. Requirements Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, property maintenance, or repairs. Strong carpentry skills with experience in additional trades. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Good communication and customer service skills. Trade NVQ Level 2
