Multi Trader

Location: North London Job Type: Ongoing Temporary Start: Immediate Rate: Competitive, depending on experience We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join an ongoing temporary contract across North London. The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and repair works within residential properties and must have a strong all-round skill set. Duties & Responsibilities * Carry out general maintenance and repair works within residential properties. * Complete carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering, tiling and general building repairs. * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works. * Diagnose faults and complete remedial works to a high standard. * Work within occupied properties while maintaining a professional approach with residents. * Complete jobs efficiently and ensure properties are left clean and safe. * Follow all relevant Health & Safety procedures and site requirements. * Accurately record completed works and materials used. Requirements * Previous experience working as a Multi Trader, preferably within social housing or property maintenance. * NVQ qualification in a relevant trade is required. * Good knowledge of general building maintenance and repairs. * Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Full UK driving licence preferred. * Relevant tools and PPE. * Right to work in the UK
