Multi Trader – Insurance Works Kentish Town, North London £20.00 - £23.00 per hour CIS Ongoing Project Work Self-Employed / CIS DK Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join an insurance reinstatement project in Kentish Town area. You will be working on private residential properties following fire, flood, subsidence and impact damage, carrying out a variety of strip-out, repair and reinstatement works. Duties Include: * Property strip-outs * Temporary works * General building repairs * Carpentry and joinery * Plastering and patch repairs * Decorating * Reinstatement works * General remedial and finishing works Requirements: * 3+ years' experience as a Multi Trader * Valid CSCS Card * Full UK Driving Licence * Own tools * Good residential property experience * Insurance works experience preferred Projects can range from 2 to 24 weeks, depending on the scope of works, with further projects available upon completion.
