Multi Trader – Insurance Works Sheerness, ME12 £20.00 - £23.00 per hour CIS Starting Next Week Self-Employed / CIS DK Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to work on a residential insurance reinstatement project in Sheerness (ME12). The successful candidate will be working on private residential properties carrying out a range of insurance-related works following subsidence, fire, flood and impact damage. Duties Include: * Strip-out works * Temporary works and making properties safe * General multi-trade repairs * Reinstatement works * Carpentry and basic joinery * Plastering and patch repairs * Decorating and finishing * General building and repair works Requirements: * Minimum 3 years' experience as a Multi Trader * Valid CSCS Card * Full UK Driving Licence * Own tools * Experience working within residential properties * Insurance/reinstatement experience advantageous The project is expected to provide ongoing work, with project durations varying depending on the scope of works.
