Multi Trade Operative 📍 Newham, East London 💰 Up to £40,660 + Company Vehicle We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering Newham and surrounding areas. Duties Carry out day-to-day repairs in residents' homes Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance works Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently Provide excellent customer service Work safely and maintain high-quality standards Requirements Previous experience as a Multi Trader Experience working in social housing or occupied properties Carpentry and/or plumbing skills Full UK driving licence Right to work in the UK DBS check (or willingness to undertake one) Benefits Salary up to £40,660 DOE Company van and fuel card £20 per month BYOD allowance 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension and life assurance Employee rewards scheme Career development opportunities Please note: Successful applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test and DBS check.
