Multiskilled Maintenance Electrician

Salary: Basic of £48,000 + £5k call out allowance (Paid min 4 hours per call out) + Overtime available (Earnings in range of £55,000 - £60,000 all in). Shift: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, Week 3 Wednesday - Sunday 8am until 4pm. On call Monday to Sunday this week. The Opportunity: This is not your typical Maintenance Electrician role. We are looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Electrician to join a growing manufacturing business where the focus is heavily weighted towards projects, installation, planned maintenance and continuous improvement, rather than simply reacting to breakdowns. The business currently has 10+ live engineering projects underway and is in the process of securing £2m+ in CAPEX investment, creating an exciting pipeline of future projects and development opportunities. You will play a key role in delivering electrical projects across the site, installing new equipment, improving existing machinery and infrastructure, and supporting the ongoing development of the engineering function.
