NDT Inspector (Dye Pen)

Reed Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a leading Engineering & Manufacturing company NDT Inspector - Dye Penetrant & Macro Examination Days-based role | Aerospace Manufacturing We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused NDT Inspector to support product quality and compliance within a Nadcap-accredited aerospace environment . You will carry out Dye Penetrant Testing (PT) and Macro Examination on aerospace components, ensuring compliance with AS9100, Nadcap, and OEM standards (e.g. Rolls-Royce, GE, Lycoming). The role offers the opportunity to develop further NDT skills (MT, UT) as the business grows. Key requirements: PCN or EN 4179 Level 2 PT certification Experience with Dye Penetrant Testing in manufacturing Practical Macro Examination experience Strong attention to detail and quality documentation skills Desirable: Experience with major aerospace OEM specifications Additional NDT qualifications Metal finishing, foundry, or forging background This is a days-only role (no shifts) within a high-integrity, safety-critical environment offering technical development and long-term progression.
