The Role
We are seeking an experienced NDT Technician with a minimum of two years industry experience to carry out non-destructive testing and inspection activities on pressure vessels and associated components within the oil and gas/power industries.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products meet industry standards, customer specifications and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform non-destructive testing on pressure vessels, welds and fabricated components.
Conduct inspections using Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
Work closely with production, welding and quality teams to resolve inspection findings.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
Essential Requirements
Minimum two years experience as an NDT Technician.
PCN Level 2 Certification in MT, PT, RT, and UT.
Experience in the oil and gas industry.
Knowledge and experience of inspecting pressure vessels, welded fabrications and associated components.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding documentation.
