Neighbourhood Ranger
About the Role
Our client is looking for a friendly and reliable Neighbourhood Ranger to help keep their estates clean, safe, and well maintained. You will be regularly out on their estates, carrying out inspections, speaking with residents, reporting repairs, and helping to resolve neighbourhood issues. You'll work closely with residents, contractors, and housing teams to ensure their communities are places people are proud to live. Key Responsibilities
Carry out regular estate inspections. Report repairs, maintenance issues, and safety concerns. Monitor communal areas and outdoor spaces. Investigate and report fly-tipping, graffiti, and vandalism. Liaise with contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard. Respond to resident queries and concerns. Support the Housing Team with tenancy and neighbourhood matters. Keep accurate records using mobile devices and internal systems. About You
Good communication and customer service skills. Able to work independently and manage your own workload. A practical and proactive approach to problem solving. Experience in housing, estate services, facilities management, customer service, or a similar role would be beneficial. Basic IT skills. Full UK driving licence preferred.
