Neurosurgical Product Lead – UK Growth & Launches

Stryker UK is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Neurosurgical portfolio in the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will own the UKI marketing strategy, develop an annual plan, and drive launches with cross‑functional teams to achieve growth, adoption and market share.

You will build value propositions from customer insights and theatre dynamics while managing a cross‑functional budget, forecasting, pricing and ROI to inform portfolio investments and ensure regulatory alignment.
