Licensed Conveyancer Plymouth We are looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join an established legal team based in Plymouth . The role would suit someone with strong residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing matters from initial instruction through to completion while delivering a high standard of client service. The Role As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction. Your responsibilities will include: Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion Acting for clients on sales, purchases and other property transactions Reviewing contracts, title documents and property information Raising and responding to enquiries Reviewing searches and identifying potential issues Advising clients on the legal aspects of their transactions Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors Preparing and reviewing relevant legal documentation Managing exchange and completion processes Dealing with post-completion requirements Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and within agreed timescales Maintaining accurate and compliant client files Providing regular updates and maintaining strong client relationships Managing your own workload and prioritising competing deadlines Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements About You We're looking for an experienced and client-focused Licensed Conveyancer who is comfortable managing their own caseload with a good degree of autonomy. xkybehq You should have: Licensed Conveyancer qualification or equivalent relevant conveyancing qualification Strong experience in residential conveyancing Proven ability to manage a caseload from instruction through to completion Good technical knowledge of residential property law and procedure Strong drafting, communication and negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail Good organisational and time-management abilities A proactive approach to progressing matters The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team A strong commitment to client service and regulatory compliance The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be an experienced conveyancer who can take ownership of their matters and keep transactions moving .
