Typically these include; contract claims, professional negligence, regulatory breaches, shareholder claims and derivative actions, and increasingly contentious property disputes. The role will involve dealing with a range of disputes for the firms clients with a particular focus on arbitration. The caseload is of very high quality, dealing with large, complex contentious matters.
