New Homes Conveyancer

Key Responsibilities: * Manage your own New Homes caseload from instruction through to completion * Set up new development sites and handle associated plot sales * Support and oversee the day-to-day running of the New Homes team * Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members * Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, CQS requirements and internal procedures * Handle freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and associated sales * Review complex cases, assess risk and provide practical legal advice Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ PQE in a similar New Homes/Conveyancing role * Essential experience with site set-ups and new build sales * Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process * Able to manage a busy caseload independently * Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills Benefits: Competitive salary, health cash plan, enhanced annual leave, professional development and training, social events and a supportive working environment
