Your new role
As an Audit Supervisor, you will take responsibility for leading audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients, working closely with managers and supporting the development of junior team members.
Key responsibilities will include:Leading audit assignments from planning through topletion. Reviewing audit work and providing coaching to junior staff. Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and related reports. Identifying key audit risks and ensuringpliance with professional standards. Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships. Managing budgets, timescales and workflow across multiple assignments. Supporting partners and managers with wider client service activities and business development initiatives. What you'll need to succeed
ACA or ACCA qualified. Current Audit Supervisor or an experienced Audit Senior looking to step up. Strong knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards. Experience supervising and developing junior team members. Excellentmunication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to managepeting deadlines.
