Night Care Assistant - Bristol, BS35 Salary: £13.55 per hour (£13.75 per hour with an NVQ) Hours: 42 hours per week Shift Pattern: 8:00pm – 8:00am Rota: 3 night shifts one week, 4 night shifts the next (42 hours per week) Weekend Working: Alternate weekends required Resolve Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for an experienced Night Care Assistant to join a friendly and dedicated care team. Requirements * Previous experience working as a Care Assistant is essential. * A caring, compassionate and reliable approach. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * The right to work in the UK. * Applicants requiring sponsorship must have a minimum of one year remaining on their current visa. Pay & Benefits * £13.55 per hour. * £13.75 per hour for candidates holding a relevant NVQ qualification. * 10% enhancement for weekend shifts. * Full-time permanent position (42 hours per week). * Consistent alternating shift pattern. * Supportive working environment.
