Night Chef Supervisor – Hospitality Lead (7:30pm–4am)

BaxterStorey in Swansea is seeking a Night Supervisor / chef to lead a hospitality team during night shifts. The role requires chef experience and involves 7.30pm to 4.00am shifts, five days out of seven, with duties spanning supervision, food preparation and service.

You will oversee staff, ensure quality and safety standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting work-life balance for the team.
