Night & Early-Morning Shift Lead — Open & Serve

Marks & Spencer in Inverness is seeking a proactive team member to lead the Fill operation and deliver a salesfloor ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill, and take operational responsibility in the absence of the Colleague Manager to keep the store running smoothly.

This frontline role involves night and early shifts; you must be 18+ due to unsocial hours. You will open and close the building, handle cash tasks, and help maintain a safe, well-presented store.
