Night Hygiene Supervisor – Food Safety

Peter's Food Service, a leading food manufacturing business, is seeking an Assistant Hygiene Manager to oversee night shift hygiene operations at the Bedwas site. You will support the Site Hygiene Manager to maintain food safety, quality and audit readiness while driving continuous improvement.

You will lead the hygiene team, deliver training, manage performance, and ensure compliance with HACCP, COSHH and health & safety policies.
