Night Owl: Student Accommodation Customer Advisor (8pm–8am)

Student Roost is seeking a Night Owl – Customer Service Advisor to work 8pm–8am at Capital Gate, Liverpool. This is a 3‑month fixed‑term contract with the responsibility of supporting residents, handling late queries, and processing payments.

You’ll be the first point of contact during night hours, assisting with welfare issues, parcels, directions, and chat. DBS checks apply; MS Office skills are beneficial for maintaining records and reporting.
