Night Shift Leader: Retail Team Coach

Tesco is seeking a Shift Leader to join our store team in the UK. The role involves leading a busy shift, ensuring a clean, well-stocked store and delivering excellent customer service. You will coordinate duty shifts, coach colleagues, and stay compliant with store procedures.

Night premium applies for hours between midnight and 6am. Applicants must be 18 or older. We offer a guaranteed minimum weekly hours policy (16 hours, with some roles available at 12 hours) and scope for flexible working.
