About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and driven Night Shift Manager to oversee the efficient running of manufacturing operations during night shifts. This role is critical to ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and support your team while driving continuous improvement across health & safety, quality, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and completion of pre-shift checks
- Drive production performance by delivering against plans, monitoring KPIs, and addressing risks to output
- Ensure consistent product quality through effective checks and prompt resolution of defects
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime
- Maintain a clean, organised, and audit-ready working environment
- Oversee stock control, inventory checks, and accurate documentation
