Pay: From £14.50 per hour Job Description: **PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE** Night Shift Injection Mould Setter / Supervisor Location: Cannock Job Type: Permanent Pay: £14.50 per hour + £2.00 per hour night shift allowance Hours: 48 Hours per Week (40 Hours Considered) Shift Pattern: * Sunday to Wednesday: 8:00pm – 6:00am * Thursday: 10:00pm – 6:00am Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Injection Mould Setter / Supervisor on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Injection Mould Setter looking to take the next step into a supervisory role, or for an established Supervisor seeking a new challenge within a busy manufacturing environment. The Role As the Night Shift Injection Mould Setter / Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the night shift operation, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the night shift production team * Set, adjust, and optimise injection moulding machines to IMT Level 3 standards * Monitor product quality and carry out in-process quality checks * Respond to machine faults and process issues, escalating where required * Manage stock levels of raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods * Complete detailed shift handovers, including production, quality, and downtime reports * Train, support, and develop production operators * Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures * Maintain accurate production and quality records * Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency * Act as the senior point of contact on site during the night shift Candidate Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants should have: * Previous experience within an injection moulding or similar manufacturing environment * IMT Level 3 Setter qualification (essential) * Previous experience setting injection moulding machines * Supervisory or team leader experience preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills * Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach * Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment What's On Offer * £14.50 per hour * Additional £2.00 per hour night shift allowance * Permanent opportunity * Up to 48-hour working week * Long-term career prospects * Supportive manufacturing environment * Immediate start available If you're an experienced Injection Mould Setter with supervisory experience or looking to progress into a leadership role, apply today.
