Night Shift Team Leader, Elder Care Home

Trinity House in Coleraine is seeking a Team Leader to manage night-time operations, support staff and deliver compassionate, resident-centred care in a faith-based setting.

You will work under the Service Manager, uphold the Christian ethos, supervise staff, ensure medicines are administered safely, and maintain high standards of care and documentation.

Flexibility to cover shifts, including weekends, and to participate in devotional and community activities is required.
