Night-Shift Team Leader (Part-Time) – Social Care

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Cherry Tree Court in Scotland. The role is part-time 20 hours per week, night shift, permanent, with supervising and guiding a small team of Support Practitioners.

You’ll manage day-to-day service operations, develop personalised support plans, coordinate on-call duties and build relationships with families and professionals. Driving licence desirable but not essential.
