Night Supervisor: Lead Guest Services & Hotel Ops

Dalata Hotel Group in Belfast is seeking a dedicated night-time receptionist to ensure smooth hotel operations and the highest level of guest service. You will handle guest relations, night audit tasks, and supervise the night porter, with additional F&B service duties and meeting room setup.

Experience in hotel reception is essential, with at least two years in customer-facing roles. Strong organisation, team collaboration, and basic Opera PMS knowledge are desirable to succeed in this role.
