We're looking for a professional and personable Night Concierge to join our team at RMG. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you'll be the welcoming face of the development, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the building remains a safe, secure, and pleasant place to live.
Nights 4 on 4 off rolling rota 7 PM to 7 AM
Conducting regular building checks and patrols ensuring communal areas are clean and secure
Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy
Monitoring CCTV and managing visitor access
Ensuring bikes are stored correctly and issuing warnings for unattended ones
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident handling complaints and difficult situations
