JOB TITLE: Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor

LOCATION: JPMorgan, Argyle Street, Glasgow

CONTRACT: Permanent. Please review the available shift patterns. All are 5 over 7.

PAY RATE: £15.96 per hour

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at ABM UK. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the site, supervising a team of cleaners performing tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining washrooms, toilets, offices, and external areas. You will also ensure proper handling of hazardous materials, correct use of uniforms and PPE, and demonstrate professionalism towards co-workers, clients, and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring daily cleanliness standards in the terminal building
• Perform cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, bin emptying, and maintaining washrooms, toilets, offices, and external areas
• Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials, correct PPE use, and maintain professionalism
• Complete tasks timely, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Adapt to a busy environment and work independently

Requirements

• Good attention to detail, ability to work independently, and use initiative
• Reliable, responsible, and flexible
• Good communication skills and commitment to quality
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Full clean driving license is an advantage
