No.2 Site Manager – RC Frame / Facades Location: Maidenhead Salary: Competitive salary, depending on experience Start Date: Immediate Duration: Long-term opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced No.2 Site Manager to join a major construction project in Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Site Manager with a background in RC Frame construction and significant experience across facades and external works. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Senior Site Manager and wider project team, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of the works on site. You will need to be confident managing subcontractors, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and in line with the required quality standards. The project has a strong focus on RC Frame and external envelope works, so previous experience in these areas is essential.
