Top 50 UK Law firm with over 700 lawyers nationwide is recruiting for a newly or recently qualified Commercial Real Estate Lawyer in their Cambridge office.

The Cambridge office houses the firm’s centre for excellence for Strategic Land Development, as well as specialists in Core Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investment, Clean & Renewable Energy, Residential Development, Commercial Development, Management and General Advisory, for a broad variety of clients.

About You:

• 
  
• Qualified Solicitor

NQ - 3 PQE 

Experience working xwzovoh within a strong regional, national or City firm with experience in some or all of the following:

• 
  
• Experience in commercial landlord and tenant work

Experience in investment and asset management

Experience in general commercial property development

Experience of acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters

Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions
