NQ FAMILY SOLICITOR – SUSSEX

Overview

My client, a well-established regional firm with nearly 100 legal experts serving across Sussex, Kent & Surrey, seeks a dynamic NQ Family Solicitor to join the team due to increased workflow.

You must have sat a seat in family law, solid academics, and be comfortable in running your own files with support.

You will be working on a broad range of family matters including: divorce and separation, dissolution of civil partnerships, children matters, matrimonial finance, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and domestic abuse.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of family matters including divorce, separation, civil partnerships, children matters, matrimonial finance, and nuptial agreements.
• Work with supervision to manage own caseload, while receiving appropriate support.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment across multiple locations in Sussex, Kent & Surrey.

Qualifications

• Qualified or newly qualified Family Solicitor with a seat in family law.
• Strong academic background.
• Comfortable managing own files with support.
