I'm currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm that's looking to appoint an NQ–3 PQE Private Client Solicitor as part of its continued growth.

The Role

You'll be advising a broad range of private clients on a varied caseload, with responsibilities including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trust creation and administration
• Court of Protection matters
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on lifetime planning
• Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering a high standard of client care
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Private Client team
• Contributing to business development and networking activities where appropriate

About You

Applications are welcomed from solicitors who:

• Are Newly Qualified up to 3 years' PQE
• Have gained Private Client experience during their training contract or post-qualification
• Can demonstrate strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Take a practical and client-focused approach
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
• Are keen to continue developing their technical knowledge and career within Private Client
