NQ Property Solicitor - Bristol
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 (dependent on experience)

A leading national commercial practice is seeking an NQ Property Solicitor to join its expanding Bristol Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, highly ranked department advising both public and private sector clients across a broad range of property matters.

The team is recognised in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, with multiple individuals ranked as leading lawyers. You will benefit from high quality work, strong supervision and a supportive culture that encourages progression and professional development.

The Role

You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain exposure to a wide variety of property matters, including:

  • Development work for developers, operators, funders and investors
  • Acting for public and private sector clients across housing, local government, health, higher education and financial services
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property documentation
  • Managing client expectations and adhering to KPIs
  • Ensuring matters progress efficiently and proactively
  • Delivering clear, commercial advice aligned to client objectives
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

About You

This role is suited to an NQ Solicitor with:

  • Previous experience in a property related practice area during training
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working directly with clients
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
  • Aptitude for drafting and legal analysis
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues at all levels
  • A practical, commercial and proactive approach to problem solving
