The Role
You'll work on a varied range of residential property matters, with the opportunity to develop your experience alongside knowledgeable and experienced lawyers.
Your work will include matters such as:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Leasehold matters
- Other residential property transactions
You'll be given the support and training needed to develop your technical knowledge, build confidence managing matters and progress your career within the team.
This opportunity would suit someone who is:
- Newly Qualified or due to qualify shortly
- Experienced in residential property/conveyancing during their training
- Confident communicating with clients and other professionals
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Keen to develop a long-term career within property law
