Nurse Co-Ordinator

The Nurse Coordinator is a key role within our live-in nursing agency, responsible for managing all aspects of client placements, nurse coordination, and clinical quality assurance. Working closely with your colleagues the Registered Manager and Care Advisory Team, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of personalised nursing care in clients' homes, ensuring safety, continuity, and a consistently high standard of service.
The core focus of our nursing team is to provide the highest quality nursing care to those who wish to receive healthcare in the comfort of their own home instead of receiving this care in a hospital or community setting. Many of our clients receiving nursing care at home are nearing the end-of-life so we pride ourselves on providing a sensitive, compassionate and dignified pathway, and offering much-needed emotional and practical support to all the family, ensuring our clients are matched with an appropriate nurse, and placements are well co-ordinated and managed to ensure the best possible nursing care is delivered that meets clinical and regulatory guidance and standards
