Registered Nurse
to join our clinical team. The Role
As Branch Nurse, you'll provide clinical leadership across our services, ensuring the highest standards of care while supporting our healthcare teams and clients. Key responsibilities include: Completing clinical assessments and person-centred care plans.
Supporting complex hospital discharges and new care packages.
Delivering clinical training and competency assessments.
Providing clinical guidance to healthcare assistants and operational teams.
Attending MDT meetings, CHC reviews and safeguarding meetings.
Overseeing medication management and clinical governance.
Conducting audits and supporting CQC compliance.
About You
You'll have: Active NMC registration.
Experience in complex care, community nursing, domiciliary care or a similar setting.
Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills.
Knowledge of medication management and CHC processes.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
