DURHAM (On site / Community) Clinical Lead – Complex Care, Mental Health & Rehabilitation Part-Time (3 days per week – Flexible working available) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Our Client is a specialist healthcare organisation dedicated to transforming outcomes for adults and children with complex clinical, psychosocial, and rehabilitative needs. They partner closely with multidisciplinary teams, community providers, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and local authorities to design and implement evidence-based, person-centred care and rehabilitation pathways. The Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead, who is NMC registered based in County Durham to oversee the clinical governance and delivery of specialist care packages for adults and children with complex care , mental health, and rehabilitation needs. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary case reviews, design person-centred rehabilitation and recovery plans, and ensure clinical excellence across community-based packages. You will work in close partnership with NHS trusts, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Adult Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs), allied health professionals (OTs, Physios), and local authorities to support community reintegration, foster independence, and reduce avoidable admissions.
